And remember Cujo had rabies. The human killers are not inflicted with any medical excuse, of course unless you believe the defense attorneys and their "whore" doctors. RESPONSE: HEY WAIT A MINUTE! If I had read your succeding post, I wouldn't have been so quick to agree with you. I didn't even notice the comment about the peers.

As Bluto said in the popeye movie starring Robin Williams, "hey, I've always been a straight shooter."

Not that there's anything wrong with it.

I can tell you that being with your dog that has had your back throughout his entire life, even literally saved my life in particular case,and having to make the decision to put him down, hold him in your arms and comfort him as he dies, not alone.... Takes more balls then many will ever know, I got not an ounce of shame or feeling unmanly for any love, loyalty or tears I shed. Nothing but honor and tremendous strength with the mere thought of his energy... When I pass the closest thing to me will be his ashes. If people believe this somehow makes you less of man, then so be it.... cheers to him

I can't even begin about how wrong you are on that A&O. I've had several dogs, and they were members of the family. They comforted us in tough times. They celebrated with us in good times. Sorry dude, but if you study biology you'd realize even HUMANS ARE ANIMALS!! The difference between us and other animals is a slightly larger brain...and I'm not convinced that makes us much smarter.

Unfortunately, I don't have dogs anymore (too much responsibility, and it's tough enough to deal with a special-needs child), but I DO have some pretty smart goldfish. That's NOT a joke.

I totally respect your opinion , Vic.

But, the Book that I follow, and the Word that I read, tells me humans are just a tad (a little sarcasm there, I admit) bit more important than animals.

My opinion though.

And by that same Book, a lot greater percentage of Humans will end up down below than Dogs.

I'm starting to think this thread should be closed. I don't think we should be talking religion on this board. It's too touchy a subject.

An animal subject that totally fits into this board because of the michael vick incident. It relates to the nfl somehow.
