DOLPHINS: What if we trade for Antoine Bethea?

I keep thinking w/ rounds 1-4 picks to address the best players for our needs we keep running short. Apparently we are still interested in Colts S Antoine Bethea so what if we tender him and get the Colts to accept a swap of 1st round picks. We would drop from 12 to 31st and pay Bethea a lot of money but we get Bethea to play FS for us and still have these 4 picks plus our later picks. We have FS, OLB, NT, TE and WR to fill and we realistically have 4 picks to get 5 players. Then we could draft as follows:
 
1. Jerry Hughes, TCU OLB/DE or Everson Griffen, USC OLB/DE
2. Aurelius Benn, WR Illinois or Damian Williams, WR USC
3. Dorin Dickerson, TE Pittsburgh among a few TEs we could consider actually
4. Jeff Owens, NT Georgia or Torrell Troup NT C Florida
