DOLPHINS: Clark resigns with Steelers

Just got home from work and was going to post about this whole deal.  It's
been nagging at me all day- I just didn't understand why Clark wanted to leave
a Super Bowl team to come here, without any apparent ties or promises of
salary.  I guess I got my answer before I could ask the question.
