I'm with you 100% on that.

BUT....

That being said, if the Jets do manage to beat the Colts, there is no
denying that it would be poetic if the Colts lost to the one team that was
only even there in the first place because they handed them an invite.

It's a cliche/cliche situation.

Caldwell has made a bed with a cake on it. ;-)
