Well Sparano coached w/ him for two seasons so he must know him well. At the very least they can make an assessment, if he's better than Groh than hire him, at the least they get the better of the two assuming both are interested in the DC job. Bottom line on Butler he coached the best linebacker unit in the NFL over the last few years and learned under Dick LeBeau. Just what this team needs on defense.
