My friend who is a Jags (and Bucs) fan definitely wants Del Rio and Garrard gone.

They've definitely had to do some retooling and they've had trouble finding any good WRs once Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell left.  Sims-Walker had a big year but they still need more help there.  They also had to retool the defense.

Matt Moore didn't show anything before this year to think he'd do so well, but as horrible as Delhomme was doing they should've made the switch anyway.  Something clearly went awry with that guy starting with that abysmal playoff loss a year ago and he never recovered.
