Interesting the article mentions Parcells was set to draft Shawne Merriman his rookie year but heard the talk of off field issues and decided to draft DeMarcus Ware. If Merriman becomes a FA I can see us going after him hard. I don't believe he has had off field issues but he has had injury issues. As talented and young as he is I say we take a shot at him.
