DOLPHINS: Brady earns comeback POY??

I'm very likely wrong on this - but it seemed to me that in pennington's
case, there was a year or 2 after he came back from the injury where he had
played poorly before he got the comeback POY.  If not both times, at least
one of them?

Anyway - like I said, I might be way off on that.
