DOLPHINS: enter Pat White

I believe the reason Taylor was not called for helmet to helmet contact is
because his shoulder made contact right before his helmet did. There are
lots of cases where helmets make contact in the normal course of the game.
It's those cases where the helmet is the first to make contact where they'll
generally call that penalty.
