DOLPHINS: jets

Interesting that you asked about RB, cuz I had been thinking that was a
sleeper draft position for us. With RB & Ricky, no one was really talking
about that position much. But with Ricky talking like next year will prob
be his last, I would easily think drafting a guy & giving him a year in the
system would be a good idea.
Parcell's has always had a big NT - personally I could see him going that
way with our #1. the only reason I don't see that is if he has someone else
in mind that he is comfortable getting in a later round.
Our middle LBs definitely need upgrading - we need playmakers at the LBing
position if this defense is ever going to carry us deep into the playoffs, &
right now we only have adequate guys. (I might even argue whether we have
adequate)
& SOMEhow - draft or FA, we have to find a legit #1 receiver. By any form
of measurement, it is evident that ginn is NOT, nor will he ever Be, a
legit, elite WR. Whatever speed he has, he doesn't know how to parlay it
into getting open consistently; & he doesn't have the mentality that the
ball is his when the ball is in the air; & his YAC is abysmal. I have liked
the guy & up to now, have granted him a lot of latitude. No more latitude -
my ballot has been cast.
