DOLPHINS: and goodnight Pat White

What I think you gotta ask yourself is, at 170 -180 lbs Pat has been on the fragile side
with neither the stature or skill sets of a starting Quarterback, nor the size of a running back
was this experiment worth a 2nd round pick? 

OR 

Is Pat fast enough to consider as a receiver? As we may be over populated at that position with approximately  same skill sets
