DOLPHINS: Dolphins release Joey Porter

I think you have to cut Dawn a little slack until we know the whole 
story.  The Salary Cap is a jumbled morass of figures and she's brand 
new to the Dolphins' situation - which, I'm sure, is not easy to get a 
handle on.   Also, the trinity may have just dumped Porter without 
consulting Aponte, assuming everything was ok.

Having said that, someone in Davie should have known the situation and 
blown the whistle before this went down.  There might be a statement 
about what happened, but it seems unlikely we'll learn who actually 
screwed up.    Even if someone gets fired over this, we won't know if 
they were the screw-up or just a scapegoat.

Still, there was no real damage to the team - just a little embarrassment.
