DOLPHINS: Sunday Ticket

I would think the money is there for the NFL one way or another.
Current system, I watch a lot of football on Sundays, but sometimes don't
watch because I don't like the game choices I have. (I don't have DirecTV.)
Alternate system, I watch the same amount of football that I currently
watch, PLUS I watch even more because there are more games that interest me
since I have the option of watching ANY available game.
So each NFL fan's total NFL viewing is not going to decrease. It looks like
the complaint is with the local affiliates, because instead of watching my
regular feed, I will watch the feed from, say, Detroit instead.
Possible solutions:
- How about my local CBS affiliate offer EVERY CBS NFL telecast on a Sunday
through my cable system - then they can just sell their ads across all
games.
- The NFL has already jumped into the broadcast game with NFL Network. The
NFL just says bye-bye to the networks, and self-broadcast all their games,
and offer them through a Sunday Ticket package available on all satellite
and cable systems.
