The Pro Bowl hasn't allowed blitzing for awhile. They also require the defense to play 4-3 not 3-4.
Has anyone heard of the NFL has deemed the change in the Pro Bowl's scheduling (a week before the Super Bowl instead of a week after) has been deemed successful in terms of increased attendance, increased TV rating, or whatever other way they measured it?
I only caught about a quarter's worth of play this year but looked to be a pretty good game.
