DOLPHINS: How does the ref miss this?

Make-up call for the Bess incompletion? Didn't that missed call extend a Dolphins TD drive? 

This missed call was obviously way more damaging than the call that would've been overturned in Bess's case. God ... it's almost a week and thinking about this game still makes my stomach hurt. Stupid football.
