DOLPHINS: Photo shows Sharper fumbled

The video replays definitely led you to believe it was a fumble, however there
wasn't an angle showing conclusive proof.
It goes back to the issue of why there are not cameras set up on the goal line
to aid in reviewing all scoring plays. If there's a reason why the league
can't do this, it escapes me. Especially because there are controversial goal
line calls every season. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but it almost appears
that they are purposefully avoiding having a goal line angle to review.
