DOLPHINS: MNF

Why?  How many successful GM's and coaches are also HOF players?  Very few -
if any.  Most coaches and GM's are guys who had little success at the pro
level as players.  Knowing how to do something, being able to evaluate
others doing it and being able to do it yourself are all different things.
