DOLPHINS: WTF

I think both Henne and Michael were talking about the roll-put pass down to the the 4. Henne's comments were something like the "one to Greg on the run there. We tried it a lot and did not hit it all week in practice." While that was a great, smart throw and shows that he has the confidence to keep making a throw until he gets it right, I was more impressed with the 3 and 5 throw to Camarillo. I forget which analyst was quoted in an article I read, either Hasselbeck or Dilfer, but whoever it was talked about how much tape they had watched on Ryan, Flacco and Henne leading up to that draft. The analyst said Henne was just as good as the other two. But if he had to pick one thing Henne had not shown him, it was that he could "manipulate his throws." Change trajectory. Throw the pass that can get over the LB, but drop in nicely in front of the secondary. That 3 and 5 pass to Camarillo had great touch. It floated right over the CB, then dropped to the Camarillo right before the sideline. Henne was backpedaling like mad and had to fling it right away, so I wonder how much that had to do with it, but it still showed me he CAN make that throw. If he ever gets control over his touch like that on command, he will have everything he needs.

Patrick, getting down verbally...
