DOLPHINS: Here Come the Sour Grapes

Calvin Pace, as quoted in the New York Daily News:

"I'm going to be honest, I can't respect that stuff. All that Wildcat. Because we're in the NFL, man. If you're out there running that nonsense, it's crap. They got us today but we'll see them again and we'll have something for them. I guess you have to give them credit but the defense lost the game."

It's just a running formation! If anything, you would think defenses would love the Wildcat, because it signals a running play. How much more one-dimensional could an offense be? "Hello, we're going to run the ball now. Try and stop it." That really recalls the days of the old Miami OL telling the opponents where they were going to run before the play.

The best part about last night's win was that the Wildcat put the nail in the coffin.
