I seem to recall in the early to mid 90's there was a season where a
hurricane was coming to Miami for week 1 of the season.  So, Miami (and I
think New England) took their bye week in Week 1 and then played each other
a few weeks later when they were originally scheduled to have a bye.

Does anybody remember what year that was?  I was thinking that was 1994 when
Irving Fryar had 211 receiving yards in the rain.  Now I think I'm wrong,
because this http://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/1994/games.htm says
that game was played in week 1.

Can anybody fill the holes in my memory?
