DOLPHINS: Mel Kiper Jr's Initial Mock Draft FWIW

Rick, I've been wondering the same thing. The 25th pick won't be
worth anything until draft day when someone wants to move up to get a
available player.
More picks in the second and third would be a good thing. Three
second round picks would go a long way towards plugging some holes.
