DOLPHINS: Mel Kiper Jr's Initial Mock Draft FWIW

Meshawn was coached by Parcells but picked before he got to the Jets as someone here (Marvin?) previously pointed out.
Glenn was really chosen by Pats owner Bob Kraft prompting Parcells to make that quote about if he was going to make the meal he should get to pick the ingredients or something like that. Parcells wanted to take a LB as I recall but Glenn was more highly rated.
The issue was Parcells never taking a WR by his own choosing in Round 1 of the draft. The only time I think he did so was w/ Mark Ingram.
