 As much as I loved what pennington gave us this past year, I also have to
be honest when a topic like this comes up.  I think as long as pennington is
our QB, a guy like ginn is never going to be fully utilized.  Not saying he
would even with a stronger-armed QB - just that we will never know without
1.
