DOLPHINS: Regular season vs. Post-season

Well, I won't argue about the structural issues, but he wasn't the  
only one to face those, but no one was ever as dismal as Cameron.  
Structure aside, you can't defend his weak conditioning and pre-season  
program, for example, letting the veterans take the pre-season off,  
for the most part. He payed with injuries, and Parcells and Sparano  
have shown clearly what a difference conditioning can make. Cameron  
wasn't just in over his head, he had a bad coaching philosophy for a  
head coach, in my opinion.
