DOLPHINS: Email deliveries

I've discovered one thing - if someone sent email to the mailing list, it 
would include their individual "Reply-To" header as part of the mailing 
list header.  I've reset the software to strip out individual "Reply-To" 
headers and just have the "Reply-To" header be to the list.
