DOLPHINS: Vernon Carey re-signed?

I think it was in Omar Kelley's blog yesterday, he said that supposedly Parcell's has someone targeted and is willing to move up to get them.
That being said, I just have a feeling that with the way this draft looks, there may not be much difference for us in picking 25th versus after the start of the 2nd. If some players are there at 25, I think there could be any number of teams willing to move up to get them. For instance, one I keep thinking of is Harvin. If here is there, I could see some team wanting to jump in front of the the bottom of first/top of second to grab him.
