DOLPHINS: impact of uncapped year

basically what I gleaned from the discussion (and discussion here) was
that the top 4 or 8 teams basically can only add free agents
commensurate with the numbers they lost. Also teams would be able to
franchise 2 people - which explains the fact that they're dragging in
getting contracts done. Also it means that there'd be more
sign-and-trade leverage (trade and sign?) with those top 4 or 8 teams
that couldn't add free agents.

uncapped my ass, it's capped but in a different way.

interesting thing now is going to be if there is a 2011 season!
