DOLPHINS: and now the Jets are in the 6 seed if they win

The whole timing of the starters being removed just seemed off, which makes it
a little more dubious-feeling.

Half of me thinks it was dumb but the other half wonders if it was smart to
remove that element.  It really is kind of a no-win at this point.  Get a guy
hurt and then you would be hammered.  Sit your guys and lose in the playoffs,
and you ruined their timing.  Play them, finish 16-0 and then lose in the
playoffs and you get criticized for putting too much importance on going
undefeated.

I guess if you're damed if you do and damned if don't, then you might as well
just try and win them all.

Then again, why should it make a difference?  Why do something different at
14-0 than you would at 13-1?  I mean besides a chance at greatness of course.

If the Colts lose in the playoffs, Caldwell will be a goat for disrupting the
team's rhythm.  If they win it all, he'll be a hero.  Guess we'll see in about
a month or so.
