DOLPHINS: New Version of the News Wire

Other teams would be relatively easy to do - the infrastructure is in 
place.  The database already has tables that handle different teams, 
leagues and sources.   I'd just have to take the time to look up the 
sources and have some kind of framework for displaying the new news.
