DOLPHINS: not surprised at all

We do have some quality wins, I just hope we dont turn into the Browns (like you already pointed out) next year.
We do need a game breaker at WR but I just think we have so many holes on defense that I dont think that is going to get addressed this off season. Frankly, I'd be happy with Ginn, Greg C and Bess as our top three going into next season. I think Ginn (for all his mistakes) is starting to get it. Bess is the prefect possession receiver. Greg C is also showing he can get it done. Personally, I would prefer Bess as the starter opposite Ginn.
IMO, our top areas of need (in order) are:
1. FS
2. CB
3. Pass rush OLB (we need someone to work the other side to get Porter better matchups)
4. Interior OL (though Thomas is coming back, I am not a fan of Satale)
5. RT, I do not believe Carey will be back.
I also think it is a lot of both.... but even that is progress. This year, the Fins managed to pull out wins against the Raiders and Seahawks... last year, we were the Raiders and Seahawks. And, the wins over the Patriots, Chargers, Broncos, and Bills are pretty legit. It's hard to know who is any good this year; it seems to change week to week. So I think 6-5 is progress no matter how you slice it. The key is to not turn into the Browns next year.....who rode an easy schedule to 10-6 last year, then were exposed this year.
I agree that we can't fill all of the holes in one off-season (I still think we need a big, game-breaking WR, too). But we've known all along that this is a 3 year project. It's great that things seem to be progressing so nicely, but to go from 1-15 to SB contender immediately is just too much to ask.
