DOLPHINS: Pennington

A HUGE difference - in all the other scenarios that you describe, you don't
have the ref spelling out the details of them before the rule applies. In
the case of overtime, EVERY time it happens, the captains of the team meet
at mid-filed again for a coin toss, & the ref outlines the key points of
overtime; namely, ONE 15 minute quarter, 1st team to score wins the game,
each team has 2 time outs, & IF THE SCORE IS STILL TIED AFTER THE END OF THE
QUARTER, THE GAME IS A TIE.

McNabb is a QB, & I'm willing to bet that he is the offensive captain (At
the very least I'd be amazed if he hasn't been the offensive captain). Have
the eagles NOT played in an overtime game since he has been in the league?

As for all these other players that supposedly were equally unaware - I have
a hard time buying that. I know they may be saying it, but I aint buying.
Like I said above - every O.T. game, the ref outlines the rules for
overtime. They'd ALL have to be deaf.
