exactly - FAN - not player. I doubt if even Dan Marino knows his 1984 record yardage number, but I do.  He gets paid to play. His coach gets paid to understand the rules around overtime and transmit it to the team in strategy talks. It's not like these guys are lawyers. They're football players.
