I think Jeff Fisher has the best other shot, depending on what happens with the 10-0 Titans.

At this point, anyone who insists that Parcells is calling the shots on game day hasn't been watching the Dolphins. It's very clear that he doesn't meddle during home games; he never leaves the box. He doesn't even react to the action. And he doesn't travel to away games. It's actually impressive how the triumvirate of Parcells, Ireland and Sparano seems to be working.

On a related note, are there any other coaches with a better shot at CotY than Sparano if they make the playoffs?
For that matter, is it possible he doesn't get due credit because people assume Parcells was really calling the shots?
