DOLPHINS: Taylor to Redskins?

Could it possibly be that a team needs a mixture of good coaching and solid veteran leadership? Why does it have to be one or the other? And how is one of the most successful players currently in the game (Brady) the typical example?

And Bledsoe has a ring. If it wasn't for him, Tom Brady might not have gotten his first ring, because it was the veteran Bledsoe who came in during the AFC Championship game after Brady -- who was in his second season, not a rookie, when he was fourth string -- went out injured and is credited with sealing the Patriots' victory. The Pats then won the Super Bowl, earning both QBs rings.

well i still dont think Crowder is good player a lot of hype every year from
him, i think he is having an average career so far. So your saying someone
like Tom Brady (3 rings) his rookie season should credit his success to
Bledsoe who has no rings? and he was a 6th round pick he didn't have to be coached?
