DOLPHINS: Free Agency 2009: OT Jordan Gross of Carolina

I may wet myself if we end up with one of my Ducks, in Unger. He seems like the kind of center who would fit well 
for a Parcells type of OL. Unger is a Hawaii native too like Satele, btw. IMO, Unger is worth a late first and I agree he isn't going to be around for the mid 2nd, though I have been wrong before.

Wasn't Gross a RT until this season? Even if we add a RT via FA we are still going to have to address the interior line. I would like the Fins to draft someone like Eric Wood in the 3rd or 4th round of the draft. He could be the center along with Smiley and Thomas at the OG positions. Satale could then be the backup to all three interior line positions. I think Carey is a goner. we have to bring in a RT if not through FA it will be thourgh the draft. BTW, Dallas' RT is also a UFA after this season (Colombo). 

Another option would be to draft Max Unger (Oregon) who has played center for the past two season after starting his career at LT. Many "experts" think he could be a RT in the NFL. THe only problem with Max is that we would have to take him in the 1st round cause I do not believe he will last until the middle of the 2nd round. Other options at RT that will be late first rounders are Jason SMith and Eden Britton.

Gross at RT? I'm not sure we can spend LT money for a RT.... I'd rather focus on the interior of the line, I think.
