Pennington is 32, can't afford to lose any arm strength, and if I recall had some injury issues with the Jets.  Henne's time isn't this year or probably even next year, but he certainly wont have to wait forever.

Meanwhile, Pennington continues to demonstrate he has a bright future as a QB coach when he retires.
