	Clearly, his first attempt at a head coach was a failure. 
    But that does not prove much - Billicheat was a failure in his
    first attempt at Cleveland.

	Da 'broom was a double failure - Chicago and Miami. That 
    sets a pattern. Clearly he could not identify talent - he did
    not inherit much offensively, he coasted the defenseo (and 
    everything else) and he will never live down the "what can
    Trent Green do that..." line.

	CannedCam had one lousy season with a poorly managed team.
    However, there is one fact that can not be overlooked - Canned
    Cam, for all the BS he spewed, never followed his own maxim -
    "failing forward fast". CannedCam failed repeatedly at game
    management, and never showed a glimmer of improvement. That,
    given his all too brief (and long!) time on stage, has to be
    a key indicator of his HC ability (or, more likely, inability).
