I didnt know about the "Every team from one ACF division" part...



  Because that's the formula for setting a schedule.  Each team in a division plays every other team in that division for 6 games.  Each team in a division plays every team in one AFC division (4 games) and one NFC division (4 games).  Every team only has a 2 game variation from any other team in that division.

  And I like the format.  It makes sense that all teams in a division play very similar schedules, since winning the division is the primary factor in making the playoffs.
