I have to believe that they know there is *0%* chance (short of injury) he
even makes the team.
However, the receivers seem to need a lot of work, they may just need an arm
to throw them a bunch of balls. Every year there is a certain amount of
extra camp-fodder brought in; this must just be a case of that.
