He is a rookie and has played what? 5 downs in a regular season game. Maybe he is maybe he isn't. IMO its too soon to tell.

Note to everyone here........I understand ginn hasnt been playing well and dropped some passes. That been said, its impossible to catch a ball when its overthrown. Pennington is not accurate throwing deep. And hasnt been able to connect once with ginn on a deep bomb ever since he's been here.

If we were 3-0 we would miss a lot. Meaning pennington threw 4 or 5 td passes and everything was great. But it wasn't great, pennington threw just 1 td pass in the first game to ricky williams and that was it. He wasn't doing all that great. Maybe because we are not talented enough with receivers tends etc. I do not know. But the fact is look at the first 2 and a half games. We won't

Cut the BS ... Mike has a right to his opinion I agree 100 Percent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But i also agree its not the END OF THE STORY and by far..... Nobody knows how well or terrible henne is going to play and the same goes for thigpen when he learns the playbook. They are both in their mid 20's. Every player deserves the benefit of the doubt. Maybe we will end this discussion wh

I know ive contradicted myself a couple of days ago for what i said about the thigpen signing just to go against someone who shall remain nameless...But i mean this now... Thigpen IMO has the ability to become a good player for us. From what i saw in last years game againt the chiefs. He can give teams fits. He may not be a pro bowler but he has some ability as a QB. I think he can be a

Aqua soliai is mainly a run stuffer and we've stopped the run so far as good as anybody in the league. I see your point though. Player should play with a chip on their shoulders every week.

Sean Smith was thrown into the wolves in his first year..And so is vontae.......I agree it would be foolish to torch them in their first few starts. or in their first year btw.

Posted by: TheFutt () Date: October 01, 2009 04:54PM Personally, I think we brought this guy in to compete. And that scares me. That means the front office is not sold on Henne or White because they're bringing in another young guy. I don't see it as the front office not been sold on henne. I see it as pat white been a rookie with absolutely no nfl experience now backing up

Sean Smith against terrell owens.... Rookie with lots of potential against pro bowler who might be in the hall of fame one day... My money is on terrell owens.....And thats not a put down on sean smith. I mean, who doesn't get beat by terrell owens. I hope im wrong because if smith is successfull to any kind of degree againt owens that would mean we hit the jackpot. The guy might be a

Why are we to trade the only thing thats working for this team. His name is ronnie brown. Ricky is doing outstanding and cobbs is the best 3rd string running back in the nfl. At least we have a strengh which is the wild cat and running game. Thats about the only thing thats working on this team. If we get rid of that what else do we have. Ronnie is healthy and relatively young....I

I want him to catch the ball real high in the air without been afraid of contact. That would mean someone related to him went to the store and bought him a pair of B@LL$. Can someone inject ginn with a shot of guts please.

Chad pennington did all that you said. I agree. But where has it taken us? The fact is , we are not talented enough on this team offensivelly. Or defensivelly. The mess the previous coaches left on this team doent get fixed in one or two years. If chad henne is successfull to any degree with this offense then i will believe he is in fact the future qb of this team. ______________________

He will not be cut and he will not be benched. We are going to bench him now that henne is the qb? I wanna see what he can do with a qb that has a strong arm and can stretch the field. Maybe henne is that guy.

It doesnt matter aqua. Welcome back.. BTW Henne will be this teams qb. Thigpen is nothing but practice squad fodder. Like i said in another thread. Maybe they exchanged some magic beans in exchange for this future bust. Nothing more than a late late late 7th rounder for him i hope.
