Dolphins beat Jets. Game includes a historic play. The 99 yard pick six. Patriots lose again in a game where they switch quarterbacks and almost win at the end and blew it. OF course they might have intentionally lost to improve their draft position. But I am celebration their loss nonetheless. Bills lose! They almost beat the Eagles who hold the best record in the NFL. But almost winnin

I was driving listening g to the Westwood one radio broadcast. The guys calling the game were the McCourty brothers and some other guy—who must have been from New York because he sounded quite ecstatic when tua threw his pick six. Then his little heart got broken at the half’s end and throughout the rest of the game. Yes Tua needs to cut out the interceptions. It I’ll take the win for

It just never gets old to me. If this happened every week for the next 20 years it would still never get old. The Pats crapped themselves on a nationally...oh sorry. INTERNATIONALLY promoted game yesterday. They had multiple opportunities to win, but instead decided to throw a couple of interceptions to hand the game to Indy. Nobody locally is defending Mac Jones, Belicheat and company anym

Yes, Marino was never the same after his Achilles injury. In his first game back with the Dolphins in 1994,he threw for 473 yards and five TD passes in a victory over the Pats in the mud. he SUCKED, right? Yeah overall he wasn't quite the same. He wore the boot, wasn't as mobile, etc. But still, see exhibit A above

I also was against drafting Tua, because of him being injury prone. What impresses me most about him (and this might have been his biggest selling point) is his character. That alone sells some tickets and jerseys....well jerseys at least. Nobody is buying tickets except fans of the visiting team. I cringe when he makes some throws into coverage. but what frustrates me the most is the snap

Agreed, Colonel. Especially when it is a winnable game. We demonstrated that we could have won the game, then demonstrated that we fell short. If we'd have got our a$$es handed to us in a blowout, I'd actually feel better about the game. Hopefully we learn from what happened and improve rather than think 'oh we were THIS close' In other news: the Past lost a close one at home to the R&

Hopefully by now everyone here has seen that video, and McDaniel's subsequent reaction to it. There was a video making the rounds around Halloween, of a kid in S FL dressed in grey sweats and hoodie, with glasses, a wristwatch, and I think a headset mic, and holding a few pieces of white paper stapled together. He looks at the camera and proceeds to run across a field (in his case a grassy fi

I was looking at local media clips of Boston tv stations (because I love the local sportscasts after a Pats loss...it's quite entertaining). One guy (who wasn't whining, for a change) pointed out something that I noticed during the first half, but he reminded me how significant this was for us: We started out attempting to run the ball, and being unsuccessful at it. The Pats DL stopped our run

Fan reactions so far: Whining about the officiating. "The PI call against the Pats late in the game was bogus" Well, take solace in the fact that Tom Brady received 20 lifetimes of bogus PI calls going his way. No tears for you, Patsies. "The hit on Devante Parker was blatant helmet targeting" No, not really. There was contact with the lower facemask which jar

I can't wait to hear sports talk radio this week up here. Thanks to their win last week against the Bills, the NE fans will be split between those who want Belicheat fired, and those who want his sorry cheating ass to stay.

The referees in this game haven't heard of the facemask penalty. There have been two blantant grabbing of our players' facemasks with our guys' head being snapped back and both times the refs didn't call it. bunch of crap.
