I'm sure they have been practicing someone in Ronnie's place all year long, whether it's White or Hilliard, etc. They won't have the same exact skill set as Ronnie but they'll still run some wildcat plays I'm sure.

Re whether he got the first down: the fact that Faulk bobbled the ball means that the refs couldn't award him forward progress. He didn't have control of the ball until he was knocked backward, so that's where they had to spot it (at least that's what one commentator said, who only had his nose *halfway* up the Pats' collective butts). That said, I'm totally shocked that the call didn't go t

You're crazy! If we were mathematically eliminated, yeah. If we had homefield advantage locked up, yeah. Otherwise we need Ronnie. We just proved that we don't have an easy time beating anyone, so we need all the help we can get, every week.

Even the butt-kissing local sportscasters here in Boston were saying it was a bad call. And they think Bellicheat's farts smell like roses.

Did all of you also want to vomit during most of the game, when the announcers had their noses way into Brady's jockstrap, and Bellicheat was such a genius, right? Then after the game the same announcers were basically calling Bellicheat a moron for not punting .hahaha

Hey Mike don't ever watch a dog show on TV, because when they get to the miniature breeds, one of them is called a Shih Tzu. You never know how someone might pronounce that.

The reason teams often do that is in case the FG holder bobbles the snap, they can fall on it and try again, with some time still remaining. AFL? Who mentioned the AFL? Do you even know what league the Browns were in back then (guess not). I don't blame you, hardly anyone has heard of the league they were in. It was called the AAFC. Hahaha nice try, but it was YOU who were comparing the NFL to the All-America Football Conference. My bringing up the XFL (another football league that was short-lived and insignificant relative

I've never heard of VBulliten..can you post the name of a message board that runs it? It doesn't have to be the one you own if you want to keep that anonymous, but I'd like to just at least lurk on a board that runs it just to see what it looks like.

I like the suggestion of effectively 'suspending' posters who temporarily get out of control, but whose actions don't warrant an outright ban. Not sure if the current software allows that. We have definitely had a few incidents where users have been 'warned'. Perhaps future warnings could come with a suspension of posting privileges for x number of days. Overall though, banning users is k

Matt Light of the Pats is supposed to be out of action as well. Maybe he and Channing can just yell at each other from the sidelines. Light won't be able to pull Crowder's hair from that far away.

My first thought is that if he whines about getting the ball in Dallas, then he'd do it here too if things didn't go the way he wanted for whatever reason.

In no particular order 1) They were more than just speed, he made some good redirection decisions and actually broke a few tackles--especially on the second one. 2) Getting him some confidence as he positively contributes to a win. 3) Takes another big step (two big steps) towards proving me wrong about him being useful to the team. 4) NO FLAGS on our kick return blocking.

They'll be looking for wildcat formation and flea flickers. They'll also be looking for Ginn deep, which we must attempt multiple times whether it works or not, to keep them honest. The bomb to Ginn is a low risk play overall, with a potential huge payoff.

I think the Jets' D is better than that of the Patsies. So we have a good chance against NE. We MUST be motivated on all cylinders, with the Pats getting so many former Phins over the years, with Parcells' former ties to them, etc. We must win this game (and I say that not just because I live near N.E., really)!
