MUCH better pass rusher than Jordan was at this stage. Jordan was more of a 3-4 olb in college who didn't put is hand in the dirt and rush the passer as a DE very often. Gregory is the opposite...more of a 4-3 DE who dropped

He's a top 5 talent, a freakish athlete, at 230lbs he can play OLB in our system, and he's probably the best pass rusher in the draft. BUT he's an idiot who failed a drug test at the combine and was suspended for smoking pot in college. If he's on the board, would you be happy or angry with our taking him at #47?

Are you hearing anything about the le'al collins situation? He'd be a steal at 47 but if the police don't clear him he might not even get drafted.

Looking at what we have on the board I think we'll end up going Oline and it will be a college OT who can move inside but provide depth at OT. OT's still on the board... Jake Fisher TJ Clemmings Ali Marpet Donovan Smith La'el Collins Anyone of these guys can start at OG for us this year and solidify the line while backing up James at RT.

Well, I wanted Tannehill also but you are right. It doesn't happen often. I was talking to a friend when the pick came up and we both wanted Parker and we both figured we'd be disappointed.

I think round 2 will be a value pick. that is to say, I think they'll be looking for a guy they had a with a higher grade who fell for some reason, so it could be any position other than QB. If there isn't a guy who is head and shoulders above the rest on their board then its likely to be an olineman.

I'm expecting a 5th or 6th on Josh Robinson, David Cobb or John Crockett.

I wouldn't consider Anthony carter a bust. Almost 8k yards and 55 career TD's in 9 seasons after we traded him.

Yup. I can't see him getting another shot here. I just wonder if we can get back some if the guaranteed money and the corresponding cap relief.

Looks like he's played his last game in Miami. I wonder what cap relief, if any, we can get?
