I think Ross is actually trying to put together a winning franchise , not just a winning business like Wayne Huizinga did . he just wants the people wo share in his profit to help out a little. AND he offered to guarantee that they will profit or he would cover the entire expense. AND he offered to let the people make the decision. Ross has Options. I don't see a problem with letting them kn

Your right. The Politicians in the State were NOT on board. So Ross has to set up his leverage now for the future so they ARE on board next time. Ross may be a lot of things , but stupid isn't one of them. The Dolphins stadium is one of the only privately owned and funded in the NFL. The upgrades to his stadium would have brought many future events that would have lined the pockets of many peopl

I read somewhere that's its a shame that the reason Tebow doesn't have a job is because of the Media. No one wants the circus . At this point he is being held hostage by his own fame.

I was at the Hard Rock recently, I thought it was West Palm. It could have been more south I guess. And West Palm still has its share of successful communities and businesses. I believe Jupiter is where Ross lives along with Tiger Woods. Its the wealthiest part of Florida and one of the biggest populations. The Tax $$$$ could cover it easily and the move would make the investment back and then s

West Palm may be considering to BUILD the stadium. It would Co$t Ross doughnut$ . Then lease it to the Dolphins for $30 yrs. It would insure the future of the ballclub, raise jobs , bring Superbowls, . The Hard Rock Casino already does Uber well in West Palm. We just had the Sunfest. I saw Clapton there last March. Golf Courses, And don't even begin to mention the Indain owned Casinos. They coul

Why? Because Ross has F YOU money. The whole landscape has changed since 1966. Most fans have moved North and travel South for the games. This makes sense on so many levels. Plus it makes a point to the politicians who wouldn't let the people decide. They shouldnt hold office much longer.

I've said this and I meant it: I will not be mad if we go down swinging. I only got pissed when we tried to get on base looking for a walk. TAKE a chance. Don't be stupid like the Raiders and grab for shit every season but take a chance on a young QB in the first round. Build a Team around him. You fail at least you go down swinging. When we are in DIRE need of a QB and we pick a punt

My Dad was a die heart Brooklyn Dodgers fan as a Kid. They didn't have much in those days and going to Ebbits field was a way of life. He is 81 now and still has not gotten over that incident. It permanently scarred him and he has a huge dislike for all professional sports. He will only watch College games to this day. I've got him to a few Dolphins games but he does it only for his grandsons. I

I'd just go to my Plan"b" team for a while , The Steelers. I was a huge Terry Bradshaw fan in the 70's , Still am. I wouldn't be a die heart fan anymore for sure. I hope it doesn't happen of course, but a small part of me would like to see it come close.

I would LOVE to see Ross look into moving the Phins else where in Florida. He has Ties to Sea world. he is a world class developer. There are Huge quantities of open land out in central Florida. Start an infrastructure. Create communities, Transportation, schools, jobs , Hotels. It could be the best Superbowl destination in the NFL. Orlando Dolphins. It would be awesome.

That is a good point. Instead of giving away 2 Billion , Just pay for all the renovations yourself for $400 million. Then give the stadium away when you kick bucket. Its odd that you pledge 2 billion when your dead but can't go for$400 million while your alive and kicking. Strange.

Its a nice gesture , But he is SOOOOO hard up to get people to like him. I remember his face when JT was getting recognition before his last game , people booed him. He was really Sad. Getting up in front of that stadium was a big deal for him. Heizinga made much worse decisions and never got such a bad Rap. He was smart and stayed out of Football operations 100%.
