You can't really talk about stats as much with the quarterback position as, say for example, the running back. Sure the running back depends on blockers but the QB depends on blockers, runners, receivers and even the defense not to put him in the position of always having to pass in a do or die situation. Our overtime play calling killed us. There should have been short dump off passes until we got to mid field. Sparano and Henning had us playing as if it was still under 2 minutes and we were behind by 8 instead of comfortably in overtime and no need to take any chances.
