What happened to it??!! Only 1 pick in rounds 2,3,6,7?! I know about Brad Chubby, and Brady-gate. Both wastes of 1st rd picks. PREDICTION: This WILL be Chrissy Grier's last year as GM, and possibly McDaniel's last year here as well. Grier's absolute failure after failure to build an effective o-line will be his ultimate undoing. Taking a CB and RB with the top 2 picks this year show

...if this Org wasn't run by complete Bozos. Who could "we" have taken at #21 in the 1st round?? I say "we" because Chris Grier has been an unmitigated disaster with 1st round picks. God only knows who the future bust would have been. And thank you Brian Flores, you've completely blow-torched any connections with the Dolphins org and fan base for the rest of eternity.

Thanks Chris! Thanks for bringing in Johnathan Martin back in 2012...he never caused any problems. Thanks Chris for moving up to #3 pick in 2013 to bring us Dion Jordan...shrewd! That entire draft class was a thing of beauty. And 10 years later the magic continues: Tua instead of Herbert, Austin Jackson, and Noah Igbinoghene all in the first round! With X-man on his way out, it's a good

I know we just came off a big win vs the Pats, but I cant help but think what the beatdown would have been had CG chosen more wisely in 2019. Every time I hear commentators include J Herbert when mentioning the elite QBs of the NFL, I cringe a little. I used to think taking Culpepper over Brees was our biggest F-up ever. Am I alone on this, or is anyone else affected the same way? Misery love

If Chris Grier is retained, then we have a more serious issue at hand. That issue is that team owner Stephen Ross is a completely clueless fool, and will continue to run this organization into the ground. Sorry Dolphans, our team is in the hands of idiots, and there's nothing we can do.

Being able to perform at a high level in wet, cold weather is a prerequisite for being a legit NFL QB. Tiny hands and a below average arm, dont work too well in January NFL football. You know, like when the playoffs are happening... The misjudging, or just flat out stupidity of taking Tua over Herbert in 2020 will haunt this team for years, and I knew it would at the time. Another critical element to success in January is a strong running game. Where's that? Well I guess you'd need a descen

We've won 2 in a row. We beat a pretty crappy Houston...ok. Then, we dominate(defensively) a top AFC team, and beat Baltimore...Alright. Were we just a trap-game for the Ravens, and really still suck? Or, will we go on a 6-game winning streak as our defense continues to improve, and Tua heals, and gains more confidence in this offense? I believe in the latter scenario, the only cav

As long as Stephen Ross owns the Dolphins, the Dolphins will always suck. Im stunned this dude ever made a dime, based on the how he runs his football franchise. When it comes to football, he's a completely clueless stooge. I knew we were first in trouble when he hired Mike Tannenbaum. Then I knew we were in even deeper $#!T when Tannenbaum promoted Chris Grier to GM, and Ross was cool w

Tell us more Captain Obvious!! I saw players in position to make plays, and the talent level wasn't there. The converted 3rd and 8 by the falcons late in the game. There were two Dolphin defenders in position to stop the receiver short, but neither could make the tackle, giving up a critical 1st down. And this is just one example of many similar situations I witnessed throughout the game..

This whole S-show of a rebuild lies directly at the feet of Stephen Ross. God bless this dude, he means well, spends plenty of money, but he doesn't know $#!T about finding and hiring high quality football execs. This Tannenbaum/Grier debacle is mind numbing. How the %&$# Chris Grier got the GM job is still a mystery that no one has gotten a good answer for. "He was well respected

What do we do now?? Fire Chris Grier and start an extensive search for a new GM. Grier has single-handedly destroyed this franchise. This jack-ass has me longing for the days of Jeff Ireland and Dennis Hickey! This whole debacle needs to be flushed, and it's time to start over...again.

I still recoil at the thought of choosing Tua over Justin Herbert. But if that wasn't bad enough, yesterday I realized that Grier didn't just stop there with his wretched 2020 1st round picks. We're now confirming that Noah Igbinogohne is a complete bust, right? Not even making the active roster. Then yesterday watching the Dallas/Carolina game, I heard that Trevon Diggs was taken by the

If B-Flo had any balls and coaching acumen, he'd dump the 3-headed OC approach, and take the offensive play sheet and call the plays himself! Lead from the front!! If he doesn't have the ability to do so, then he's gotta go!

It started to wear off in the 2nd Buffalo debacle, got a lot thinner after the Vegas trip, and now it's completely gone. I'm talking total regression from last year. Through 4 weeks of the 2021 season, the Dolphins rank at/or near the bottom in every conceivable NFL stat. Both Offensively and Defensively. I kinda get it on offense, but this dude is supposed to be some "defensive guru&

Is Chris Grier a plant? Not like a turnip(although his Football IQ might suggest otherwise), but more of a double agent. It makes sense, and it's a genius long play by Robert Kraft and Billicek. They pulled the old "Trojan Horse" trick on us. What a better way to sabotage a rival, than from the inside. Plant someone into the opposing organization who can influence drafts, FA deal

It's real easy math guys. What you see on the field = GM's aptitude level $#!T SHOW (2021 Phins) = Chris Grier (below average is being nice) There is a direct correlation between FO personnel and winning on the field at a high level...DUH. Apply that axiom to the Dolphins, and it screams GET RID OF CHRIS GRIER!!! Losing Grier is the easy part. Finding a bonafide, well respected

And Im not talking about the glare that comes off his dome during pressers... I'm talking about the shiny optimistic outlook I had about him early on, as his first season ended on a 5-4 note, after starting 0-7 with minimal talent. Fast forward to week 3 of his 3rd season, and I've witnessed back to back ass-kickings from the Bills, in meaningful games. In meaningful games, when I think

You really didn't see this coming?! I saw this coming the day Chris Grier was named GM after Tannenbaum was let go. Stephen Ross got rid of everyone from Tannenbaum regime, as he should have, EXCEPT for Chris Grier. The same Chris Grier that was head of scouting and player personnel for the previous decade and a half. The same years when we were mediocre at best, to flat out horrible. C

...This team needs to find the right GM first. Chris Grier has single-handedly set the Dolphins back another 5 years. It can't be ignored that Grier's drafting and FA acquisitions over the past 4-5 years has been an unmitigated disaster! I'm not even convinced yet that he got the head coach right. Is Flo another D guy that doesn't know shit about offense? It's starting to look that way. H

...when we open the season with Jacoby Brissett as our starting QB. Huh! How is that going to sit the fan base? Can't wait to find out!! If B-Flo is true to his word, the best players will start, and so far, Brissett is WAAAY better than Tua. And it's not even close. This thought crossed my mind when we first signed Jacoby, after Fitz's departure: Could Brissett actually be an upgrade ov

Once it's too painfully obvious that Chris Grier is a clueless baffoon when it comes to choosing franchise QBs, he'll be let go. He bypassed Justin Herbert(Marino 2.0) when he had him sitting in his lap for the taking. Then, he proceeds to pass on Trey Lance, the guy who will be starting for the Niners this year. John Lynch played Grier like a fiddle. And now, here we sit with w Tua. A Q

...for all the wrong reasons. Chris Grier has all but assured he'll be gone in 2 years. You can't have a GM that's playing checkers, when the top NFL GMs are playing chess, like John Lynch. It's now 2 years in a row that Grier has absolutely blown an early 1st rd pick. How many times is Ross going to let this happen?! Deon Jordan, Charles Harris, Tua, and now with the 3rd overall pick

I can see this happening, with 99.9% accuracy... Tomorrow, Tre Lance and Justin Fields will be staring Chris Grier right in the face when the #6 pick is on the clock. Two modern-era, proto-typical, game-changing type talents, that he'll never have an opportunity to draft again...and then, this: With the #6 over-all pick of the 2021 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins select...Jalen Waddle(or

I would think so. So far as the team's GM, he's botched all of his first round picks. Bad moves like that are hard to recover from, and set back the success timeline of a franchise for years. I think last year's debacle of picking Tua over Hebert, has Grier digging out of a deep hole. As Herbert keeps improving, and Tua proves to be an over-hyped back-up, the writing will become more visible o

...who was actually responsible for spending our #5 over-all pick on the Tua? If it was an Owner-influenced pick(I've heard rumors), then there's nothing the GM or HC can do about that...I get it. Don't like it, but I get it. Or, was it a pick made on talent evaluating and judgement by the GM and his staff? If it's the latter, then the next question I'm dying to know the answers to is:
