Pouncey was not good at RG. He is a natural center. All the BS about lack of intelligence, lack of leadership, etc. is unfounded and contrary to what most NFL people believe. Has he missed blocks? made mistakes? failed to pick up a stunt? made a bad snap? Of course! Everyone has at some point. Has he had his plate full by trying to do too much on a pathetic line? Hell yes. If you want to judge

He is the next great franchise QB taken in the 7th round. He will make Tom Brady look over-drafted! There. Does that make you guys feel better? Marino also backed Damon Huard.

He is a career left guard. Do you really think he is beating out Tunsil? Or you're saying he would beat out Bushrod and Urbik at RG?

Actually, I just noticed that Drake only returned 1 PR at Bama. That means neither Grant, Carroo or Drake have any experience returning punts. My only hope for replacing Earl Mitchell (outside of JP) this year is Chris Jones. The 6'2 305 lb 25 year old had 6 sacks in 2013 and 3 in 2014. He was out all of 2015 with a calf injury but is said to be healthy now.

If you are correct then we still need another RB. We could still sign more vets but it won't be until after May 12th when it won't count against us for compensatory picks. We could use a vet CB, RB and DE. Arian Foster, Leon Hall and Jason Jones have all visited Miami.

Tackles are valued higher because it's a passing league and anyone who directly stops or helps the passer holds more value. OT, CB, DE. The QB is the undisputed most valuable player on any given team. The guy protecting him and charged with keeping him healthy is not more valuable than a LB? How valuable is a LB in coverage on a RB in the flat when the QB throws a deep post for a TD? The ta

They traded a 4th round pick (107) to move up for Howard, not a 5th. I've seen some media guys label KD as that but I don't see Drake as "just" a 3rd down back. How many 6'1 210 lb 3rd down backs do you see around the league? He is a versatile guy who can pretty much do it all. He is probably more elusive than Jay Ajayi and has the size as well. He's about the same size as Ajayi, who

I think we should go sign Matt Slauson. Our line would be so deep and he can play center. He is better than McCelndon.

The Dolphins had Carroo as the 2nd best receiver in the draft! huh? We will see what kind of personnel guy Grier really is, I guess. I think Ross got confused when he said this. I think he meant to say 2nd round grade.

No. I took both of their most recent years in Miami and each of their 4th seasons. Tannehill's "best" year or when he had the fewest amount of sacks, was his rookie year with 35. It was about the same average per attempt.

I don't see a big difference in o-line coaching quality from 2015 to 2016. Both were experienced guys who had prior success. The only difference will be the scheme that mixes in man concepts with zone concepts as opposed to strictly zone blocking...not to mention play calling. You're right about one thing. There is no guarantee that Urbik will win the starting spot. That's why I said he may be

It appears the FO stuck completely to their draft board and went BPA regardless of need and traded up to stick to that board. Let's see if their draft board is worth a crap. They said they got every one of the players they wanted. I know one thing for certain. They watched Leonte Carroo's tape and saw Jarvis Landry 2.0. They look like twins. Both run angry. Both have good hands and run bloc

I'd say that would be hard to argue with these type of numbers.... Junior: 4,830 yards and 49 touchdowns and 10 picks in 552 attempts. Senior: 5,055 yards and 48 touchdowns and 9 picks. He led the nation in completion percentage at 71.9%. Record 12-2 How much could he have been rattled?

Starters... LT Albert LG Tunsil C Pouncey RG Urbik RT James Last year Dallas Thomas was a starter along with Billy Turner. First guy off the bench was Jamil Douglas at guard and Jason Fox at tackle. This year the first guy off the bench at tackle and guard is a former Pro Bowler, Jermond Bushrod unless he starts over Urbik. There will be roster cuts coming and some decent vets as

I guess 33 years passing tends to cloud the memory. Woodely was sacked on 1 out of 8.9 attempts in his last year as a starter in Miami. Tannehill was sacked 1 out of every 13 attempts last year.
