Brian Daboll hired by the Giants as new HC.

Connecting the dots means the Dolphins are (will be) hiring an offensive minded HC.

I can't see Aaron Rogers in a Dolphins uniform. He will go to a better, more organized franchise. Steelers!

It appears that several important interviews are pending with the Dolphins. Daboll was already interviewed. None of the pending interviews include Harbaugh. Maybe he isn't coming to Miami after all despite Ross' love for him and Michigan.

Illogical? That's seems to be Ross' pattern with the team. But to fans trying to connect the dots, Harbaugh will be the next Dolphins HC. But then again....Ross will consult the eight ball he must be using to make team decisions. LOL

I have to laugh. All of this misdirection. Just saw an article which alluded to Harbaugh being interested in the Giants HC position. Okay. I am "interested" in a a 4-car garage. Guess what, neither are going to happen. What it does suggest, if anything, that for the right price, Harbaugh will leave Michigan and become an NFL HC. It he's got a nose for the money and loves big bucks,

"Monday, Monday--can't trust that day...." Flores is out and the hunt for a good, experienced head coach, is needed and hopefully going to happen (this time). Ask any Dolphins fan, and it becomes confusing just like it was with Lou Costello trying to get the names of the players on the baseball team from Bud Abbott. WHO is going to be our next head coach? I don't know....That stic

I guess we'll never know the reasons (more than one) why Flores was fired. Common sense tells me it was the losing streak and blow out by the Titans that was the final straw. Yet, Ross seemed to imply that it was a personality conflict between the coach and the GM administration. Flores didn't play nice with Grier. Flores was too obstinate etc, etc. In my own experience, when superiors are on

Just speculation--Ross was not happy with the losing streak and began to re-think the HC position. When the team finally won and stopped the losing streak he began to think otherwise each time the team won a game. With a play off berth looming ahead after such a dismal start, hopes were high if we could beat the Titans. During that debacle, whatever thoughts that were building during the losing s

Since Shula we've had 8 head coaches. The best after Shula was Jimmy Johnson followed by Dave Wannstedt. Then the list of failures is long. Saban, Cameron, Sparano, Philbin, Gase and now Flores. When we lose a HC position, assistant positions change when the newcomer brings his new staff of assistants. Offensive and defensive schemes change and winning over the current team membership becomes

Holy Crap Marie!!! Yep, something was going on following the game yesterday during the post game interview with Flores. He should have been exuberant over the win, beating the Patriots twice in one season. That is a major accomplishment. Now it all makes sense. He knew he was toast. The Merry-Go-Round continues. Now what? Is Chris Grier next. He should be, if Flores got *&^%-canned.

I just watched a brief post season Q and A with Brian Flores. Damn, he should have been exuberant about the way the team responded following the trouncing by the Titans. He wasn't. He sounded like he lost his best friend, quiet, almost mumbling in his comments. His demeanor seemed a bit off to me considering the team beat the Patriots twice this season.

We are finally here. Most of us (if not all of us) are disappointed with the 2021 Dolphins season. We expected much more...perhaps 10 wins and a play off bound team. During that string of losses it was truly dismal to be a fan. Talking heads on TV pooh-poohed the team and then suddenly a win, then another and another. The team turned it around and our hopes rose again. Maybe we can squeak into th

Today I received a phone call from my oldest friend. We've known each other all our lives. Regretfully, he is a Patriots fan and a Tom Brady fan. He called to wish me Happy New Year but also to kid me about the Dolphins game against the Titans. He was clearly ribbing me about the game to push my buttons. Laughingly I told him he was correct, the Dolphins offense does stink. And...watching the Do

Astro34, your second point about lack of arm strength possibly due to the hip injury is sound. Perhaps, Tua has not fully recovered and that's why the Dolphins are putting in Brissett on QB sneaks (or 4th and 1) situations. If that's the case, a non full or 95% recovery matters and truly effects Tua's ability to reach his potential.

Post draft sour grapes. We should have drafted Creed Humphrey and that would have been a great foundation at center. Oh well.

With our last game on the horizon, it is the O-line that must step up and provide 2 seconds more time after the snap so receivers can run their respective routes and Tua can do more than "dink and dunk" on almost every passing play. We, the fans, his teammates, coaches and talking heads need to see another side of Tua. Tua needs time. Stepping it up by the offense also means holes

I didn't catch what Joe Rose thought about the game, so I can't respond to that at all. However, I've watched every Dolphins game for years without interruption and do believe that Tua is lacking in one critical area--arm strength. With a subpar O-line that provides hardly any time for receivers to get down field which prevents medium to long pass plays, the game callers began using the quick

Monday morning. Devante Parker isn't playing well IMO. What I saw yesterday was an inability to run good routes to breakaway from coverage and when targeted not using his hands but more of his chest to catch the ball. (Does that make sense?) Gesicki is a good receiver, but don't think of him much as a TE. He seldom blocks. He is more of a big WR. The O-line still is weak in 1) pass prot

Terrible offensive "sandlot play." We have little to speak of--a damn field goal. The game is out of control and the Titans will win handedly.

I've said it before. Jessie Davis is too slow. He can't block if he has to move. Tua is afraid to run. That's what I am detecting from his play. He needs to take off once or twice. Also, bringing in Brissett is foolish tactics on short yardage. Offense is unable to play with the better teams. That's my take.

Half-time. Offense is showing its weaknesses. Duke Johnson provides good hope on the ground but Tua's weak arm strength is adversely effected by the cold, windy and wet weather. RT's throws are much stronger and the Titan running game provides balance in their attack. We need to put RT on his back a few times. However, pressure is lacking to this point. We need more very short, quick

Good morning everyone. People are still celebrating the new year in my neighborhood and I hope they left a few fireworks for today after the Dolphins play the Titans and beat them in Tennessee. I do hope the team is focused and not reeling from New Year's festivities. LOL The game with the Titans (a good team) is surely going to be a test for our offensive and defense, in fact every face
