I've always liked this guy, but I don't know the state of his health, and I also don't know what else might have figured into his release besides money. If we could get a year or two out of him at a decent price, I agree- go get him!

I think it's clear why we don't want this guy. 1. No criminal charges will be filed, but there are STILL 22 civil complaints for sexual misconduct on him. Do you really want this guy as the face of the franchise? 2.He hasn't played a football game for at least a year. Yes, he's young and maybe talented, but will he be the player that he was? and for how long? 3. Why did he want to come to

I'm not wild about getting any tackle at that exorbitant price tag, and I wonder why the Jets, who don't have the best offense, would let a solid RT leave in free agency? They don't grow on trees, ya know?

I don't understand why there was any question about re-signing Ogbah- the team needs to re-sign any player who gets the job done on a consistent basis, and Ogbah has. The defense also plays better when he is in there, as was obvious when he was out hurt. For me, this one was important to get done.

I haven't seen too much of Edmonds since he played in Arizona, and I find his numbers ok but nothing more. I thought we had a pretty good handle on the RB position at the end of last year. Now, Duke Johnson is a free agent and I haven't heard anything about Phillip Lindsay at all lately. The guys we do have under contract didn't get the job done in the earlier part of last year, so I understand h

No, but maybe we'll get lucky for a change. First thing: can the guy hire a good-or even decent- staff? Get us a GREAT offensive line coach! Does anybody have a problem with Mike Munchak for the o-line? Its just an idea, I would like opinions on him or any other o-line coach that fits the bill.

I never liked Madden as coach of the Raiders, as they were a major rival of the Dolphins in those days, but as a broadcaster he was an unparalleled star. He was not only a brilliant student of the game, he was able to pass that knowledge on to generations of football fans in his exuberant style. And, to my surprise, he was a personable guy and so good at his job as to set a really high bar for to

Ah! mononucleosis! Now I understand. But, I think that Gesicki just got caught in the general confusion that is the Miami Dolphins these days.

Since 'monogolic' isn't a word, I have no idea what you mean.

I understand what you are saying, and in most fields that is the most important thing for a leader, but in pro football I believe that trying to motivate a bunch of millionaires changes the dynamic a little bit. Each one of these guys has to be handled somewhat differently, and it has always been that way in the league. Besides, how do you make that believable if you really DON'T believe in the g

I don't give a damn about a "happy marriage'! Lots of HCs and their QBs don't get along very well. Who cares! They just need to do their jobs.

It appears to me that it is now clear that the problem is worst with Flores' assistant coaches. The players stayed in it until the fourth, but really, since halftime- of every game this year- the Bills and every other team we've faced so far have made adjustments as is normal, but the Dolphins have made very few adjustments and none that were effective- and they don't stick with what IS working!

What I want to know is- where did they get 11-year-old texts?! Most people don't know that cell phone carriers DO NOT save text messages OR emails. So-somebody saved them on a device of some sort. For eleven years?! Odd.

I have to agree. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any evidence that Brian Flores can put together a competent staff.

Ok, and just who might that be? Do you really think it is that easy? And, how do you play the games without enough players? Who we gonna tank for this time?

Perhaps, but I agree with Mike Lombardi: Tua had the best PR blitz I've ever seen using a lot of happy talk and about five plays shown over and over and over and somebody(s) bought into it hook, line, and sinker. The only medical opinion that they got in that whole runup to the draft was out of Tua's camp. Not exactly an NFL medical staff, and certainly not objective. Yet, they also bought into t

I'v been a fan of this team since the Longest Game in 1970. I don't know if I can take this anymore. This is worse than going 0-7 two years ago, we were supposed to be bad then but the future looked bright. Well, the future is here and it's TERRIBLE. I'm totally pissed off at Omar Kelly, Travis Winkfield, and Kyle Crabbs, and other mouthy bastards in local media who made it almost impossible for

Talk about foolish! Sam, you want to select either a small receiver or a tiny one at #3, and an rb -ANY rb- at #18?!? You must be joking. P.S. I agree with what Omar Kelly said about Alabama players- Saban's Alabama players are pretty much at the ceiling that that player is likely to reach while with Saban- not much top end left for the pros.

Keep your lunch. There are many talented WRs in this draft, and we'll get one or two along the way. For me, the acquisition of Will Fuller put a first round WR on the back burner. I'm not crazy about the idea of taking a lineman in the first after last year's haul, but I'm not totally adverse to the idea either. Personally, I think an edge rusher might be the best choice. I think that your O- and
