The problem that I have with all this is that part of "tanking" should be to evaluate the young players on your roster. With the ineptitude of the offensive line, it's going to be very hard to know what you have in your running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, and QB. Whether you think Rosen is a long term starter or not, there's no way he's been given a fair shot to prove that he is.

It's ironic in that the man is 79 years old and is starting a process that could take, even if done correctly, years

Anything short of 3 consecutive Superbowl wins and this putrid crap on display isn't worth it. Stephen Ross owes it to the fans' to sell the team to someone with a clue.

Worst offensive line I've ever witnessed. I know the plan is to lose, but it's too hard to watch.

125. Re: Tua
Whether we fans want Tua or not, based upon everything I've read, he'll be the pick if he comes out. Hope they're right about him because getting him is likely going to cost us going through an 0-16 season.

Giving Minkah permission to seek a trade tells me that only a couple of possibilities exist as to why and none is encouraging. If Fitzpatrick isn't the player they thought he would be, Grier has missed on yet another first round pick (the same Grier that will be charged with picking another 3 1st rounders in the next two years. Second possibility is that Minkah isn't the problem and the coaching

Isn't it odd that we drafted a guy in the first round who, among other talents, was supposed to be a safety, but are now playing an undersized slot corner at safety? I'm not saying they're necessarily wrong, but it does seem a little strange.

According to Armando Salguerro (take it for what it's worth). Three unnamed players asked to be traded or asked their agents to inquire about being traded. I'd be surprised if one of them isn't Reshad Jones. Wouldn't be shocked if Minkah is another. I could see Drake being one as well. I'm not sure if the problem with Minkah is the way he's being used or whether he's a guy who is decent at a lot

"but my question is will Grier draft the right player in the 1st round along with all the other picks this team has accumulated." That's the million dollar question. Minkah looked horrible yesterday (along with everyone else). Charles Harris is a bust. Parker, albeit having a couple of nice catches yesterday, has proven to not be worthy of a first round pick. I've said it before and

Only one possible good out of the debacle in Miami is that if Tua is their target, and if if comes out, he's a Dolphin. The bad for me was the embarrassing performance of the defense. I thought Flores was supposed to be a defensive guru. If I didn't know better, I'd say Matt Burke returned to Miami and brought Tom Olivadotti with him. The hideous has to be the really offensive line. To say

I've never had lower expectations than I do for this year. I knew we'd stink last year but my only hope for this year is that we don't go winless (which I really think is possible). I understand the whole tanking plan but it's still disheartening knowing your team has no chance at doing anything except getting the number one overall draft pick. Tua had better be a damn great NFL QB because this y

JJ didn't draft offensive players well. He did a pretty good job rebuilding a defense that stunk when he arrived. If you'll remember, what ended up pushing Shula out of coaching was a loss to Buffalo where Thurman Thomas rushed for some horrifically large number of yards-- 200+. JJ rebuilt that defense with some pretty nice picks in the latter rounds and was a master of trading down for more pick

I hope you're right Colonel but it'll take more than Flores. Grier has to make the right picks. I'm not confident in his judgement. His past picks don't inspire much hope. It's why I wanted a new GM and not just a new head coach.I hope I'm wrong about him.

Vincent Taylor cut. Honestly, I thought he was our best DT last year. Young and with a ton of upside. Yes, I know he was supposedly not a scheme fit, but still. Who drafted Taylor again. Oh yes, Grier.
